POINT BLANK: ICE FISHING
Calm, balanced and a bit taciturn was the first approach with the ice fishermen. But after a brief chat about technique, wheater and the right fishing lures the ‘ice’ had melted. They let me do my shots to capture the peace and serenity of this hobby. But I think that ‘hobby’ is is not the right term. Some concider it as sports. Some as hunting… …and for some is it a complementary livelihood. This images I took in late February at the frozen river Volga in the city of Tver/Russia.
